The Journey Home

Arc & Anchor is a self-rediscovery platform for those waking up to the realization that they’ve been living a life shaped by trauma, conditioning, or survival, not by choice.

We exist for the moment you pause and ask: “What do I actually want?”

Beneath the layers, your clarity still lives. Your truth is not something to find, it’s something to remember. Through coaching, content, and connection, Arc & Anchor helps you reclaim your life with intention.

This is where you come home to yourself.

Austen LeTourneau

Hi, I’m Austen, Founder and Back to Life Coach here at Arc & Anchor.

For much of my life, I didn’t realize how early trauma had shaped my sense of self, my relationships, or my “choices.” I followed the script, checked the boxes, but deep down I felt disconnected, like I was living someone else’s life.

It wasn’t until things began to unravel in my thirties that I was finally called inward. A buried truth surfaced, and with it, the clarity that I could no longer avoid it.

As I finally faced my experience of being molested as a child, I began to make sense of my behavior patterns and my current position in life.

Arc & Anchor was born from the work I did to come back to who I really am beneath the layers of conditioning and survival. Now I walk with others through the sacred process of self-rediscovery.

Together, we focus on reconnecting with your body’s wisdom and creating a life that reflects your truth, not the version you were taught to perform.

You’re not broken. You’re just starting to see what’s been shaping your story. When that veil lifts, life feels brand new, and I’d be honored to walk beside you as you return to yourself.

There Is Life After Trauma.

Anchor within. Ride your tide.
